Every day, Atlas generates a personalized affirmation crafted specifically to your goals and coaching style. It's stored in your Boost History so you can revisit it anytime. A new boost is generated every night.

The Daily Circuit is a short, science-backed exercise designed to build your confidence muscle with small, consistent daily actions. It takes just a few minutes and resets each day to keep you building momentum.

You can send up to 150 chat messages to Atlas per day. For live voice coaching, you have up to 15 minutes per day. Atlas will give you a heads-up as you approach your daily limit.

These are quick-action chips in your Atlas chat. Tap Pep Talk for an instant confidence boost, Reframe to shift your perspective on something challenging, or Small Win to celebrate a moment of progress. Atlas responds instantly.

Streaks track how many consecutive days you've completed your Daily Circuit. Badges are earned milestones , starting with "Confidence Seeker" on day one , that celebrate your progress over time.

Yes. Every new user gets a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required to start. Your trial begins the moment you sign up.

After your 7-day trial ends, you'll be moved to the plan you selected. Cancel before the trial ends through your Apple ID settings to avoid being charged.

Yes. Cancel anytime through your Apple ID account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions → ConfidenceApp). You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
